Since the outbreak of COVID 19, we have had to make several changes to our procedures to help keep our guests and staff safe.

One of those is this BOOKLET. Please ensure you have access to this information for your stay by printing it out or keeping it on your devices as we have removed our welcome packs from the lodges to reduce any unnecessary risk that traditional book packs may bring.

Included is local information that gives you details of pubs, restaurants, shops and other information that you might find useful during your stay. As well as health and safety details while in the hot tub.

We have a warden on site 24 hours a day. Our wardens normal working hours are 9am till 7pm. If you have any general enquiries or non urgent maintenance issues, you can contact our duty warden between these times on 07741274546 or via info@crakevalley.co.uk If an emergency arises out of normal working hours, please call the duty phone immediately.
